Description

Six Sigma is one of the most important strategy frameworks of our times. Six Sigma (6σ) offers a set of techniques and tools for 

• Cost reduction
• Customer satisfaction improvement
• Productivity enhancement
• Defect reduction

It was introduced by American engineer Bill Smith while working at Motorola in 1986. GE's CEO Jack Welch made it central to his business strategy at General Electric in 1995. A six sigma process is one in which 99.99966% of all opportunities to produce some feature of a part are statistically expected to be free of defects.

In the green belt program, we cover the DMAIC framework that is used to solve problems.

Green belt program is considered to be at a higher level than yellow belt program.

Certification:

After completing this program, you will receive a course completion certificate. A green belt certification will be awarded after submission of a project by the learner.

Pre-requisites: 

There are no-requisites. This course is comprehensive and designed to bring up you to pace from ground zero with regard to Lean Six Sigma.
